HPMP Story Time.

The Past – Where It All Began

This all started with something simple: I just wanted to feel better, look a little better, and get back in control of my health.

I wasn’t a fitness expert. Far from it. I was just someone who felt stuck. I was tired of the way things were and ready to make a change. I wanted to lose weight, wear nicer clothes, and finally feel proud of myself.

What I didn’t expect was how much I’d learn along the way. That consistency of just showing up and that matters way more than you think. I started small: walking every day, cutting back on calories I drink, meal prepping instead of grabbing takeout. Little things things that added up.

The more I stuck with it, the more it became clear: this wasn’t just about losing weight. It was about building something real. A feeling of confidence and I started liking it. Making ME a priority for a couple of hours a day.

So I kept going. I tried new foods, experimented with workouts, paid attention to how my body reacted and not just how it looked on the scale. And over time, things changed. The weight came off, I got stronger, and I watched my body change into something I was proud of.

But the best part? I found something I didn’t even know I was looking for. A passion for helping other people do this too. Because if I could turn things around, anyone can.

 

And I’m here to show you how.

The Present – What HPMP Stands For

Today, that same drive has become what you see here. HPMP (High Protein Meal Prep) was created on 10/1/2025.


This isn’t about fancy diets or quick fixes. It’s about structure, simplicity, and consistency. Learning how to change eating habits, and using exercise to lose and keep off the weight.


For the past five years I’ve studied hypertrophy training, nutrition, and creating habits that keep you locked in for long term change. I’ve built this platform to make those lessons simple and available for anyone ready to make that change.


Here, we don’t chase motivation, we create it. We build systems. We build routines. We build self respect!


Every recipe, every workout, every video is built to teach, encourage, and help you grow.

 

This is a positive space for people who want to do better for themselves, their body, and their life.

The Future – Where We’re Going

The future of HPMP is bigger than food, We’re building more than programs—we’re building a culture where progress is personal, and everyone’s journey matters.​

  • Cooking videos that teaches the recipes, includes cooking tips, and learning about Macros and caloric intake.

  • Workout routines & exercise lessons that build muscle and loss fat.

  • Live-stream cooking sessions where we connect, learn, and cook together.

  • A full HPMP Cookbook with macros, prep strategies, and recipes that actually work.

  • A 3-Month Beginner Training Guide to help new lifters build muscle, confidence, and momentum from day one.

But beyond all that - the mission is to create a community that lifts each other up.

 

A place that reminds you that discipline and self-respect are built, not given. A place where we grow stronger, together.

 

This is the next chapter. HPMP isn’t just a meal-prep brand. It’s a mindset. And it’s only getting started.
